De-shed Treatment 

A deep clean and intensive coat removal service for heavy-shedding and double-coated breeds.

Specialist de-shedding shampoo and conditioner

Thorough brush-out to remove excess coat and reduce shedding

Puppy Introductions 

For dogs that will require grooming throughout their lives, a positive and gentle early introduction is extremely important. Our three-visit Puppy Introduction Programme is designed to build confidence and lay the foundations for calm, stress-free grooming in the future. Puppies can start from 12 weeks old, once fully vaccinated. Ideally, all three visits should be completed between 12 weeks and 6 months of age. Each session is tailored to your puppy as an individual and carried out at a pace they are comfortable with — nothing is rushed or forced. 

These sessions help prevent fear, anxiety and stress around grooming as your puppy grows. 

What's included: 

Visit 1 – Meet & Explore: Gentle handling, brushing, cuddles, play, and familiarisation with the salon and grooming tools 

Visit 2 – First Bath: Gentle bath, blow dry, brushing, and introduction to the sound of clippers 

Visit 3 – Building Confidence: Encouraging calm behaviour, gentle clipper or scissor work, and nail trim if your puppy is ready 

£30 per visit 

£80 for the full 3-visit package
